ABC Grupp AS and Selver finished the ABC Supermarkets shares transaction

On 29.05.2020, the deal was signed with which ABC Grupp sold to Selver its company ABC Supermarkets AS that gathers 16 Comarket grocery stores, two Delice stores and Solaris grocery store.

With this transaction, one of the best-known companies of ABC Grupp leaves the group but it will surely end up in good hands. Currently, the ABC Supermarkets stores will continue operating with their names and brands as Selver subsidiaries.

From here on, ABC Grupp will focus on sales and maintenance of vehicles and wholesale of food and consumer goods.
